Swagelok Hydraulic Swaging Tool  - 1''  In  Case<br>The unit has been removed from the carrying case cleaned , lubed and tested. If you know how these units work and are<br>familiar<br>with hydraulic equipment their will always be some hydraulic fluid somewhere. The swage cylinder has a vent plug that must be bled whenever the pump hose is reconnected to the pump and they almost always weep some fluid while in the case. The hose's take a set and become a bit stiff when stored in the case for long periods of time but free up after removal with a little<br>exercise. The unit was connected to the pump and ran through the directions as if I were swaging and functioned as they should with no leaks. I did have a short length of 1'' tube and Swagelok<br>ferrule<br>set so I was able to demo it's operation, worked  as it should. . In the directions it shows a tool with a part number that should be used set an inward inclination of the tube end before swaging, these kits do not come with that tool and I do not think the come with the unit<br>originally. I did chamfer the tube end by hand before I swage.<br>Shipping is a bit high because of the size and weight (about 45 Pounds), the storage box is heavy gauge and well made.<br>Depends on your location, shipping cost probably<br>around $40 -$50 Bucks
